From Pforzheim, you have the opportunity to set off on several long-distance hiking trails. The Westweg, the oldest and probably most famous of the three high-altitude long-distance hiking trails of the Black Forest Association, takes you over a distance of approx. 280 kilometers to Basel. The Mittelweg to Waldshut offers you medium altitudes with less steep ascents and descents and is particularly rich in scenic and cultural beauty. The Ostweg to Schaffhausen takes you through beautiful mixed forests and offers the best views.
